it is a system of decline we do not heal the sick by propagating and glorifying there sickness punishing the producer for excelling his peers , and dumbing down the system to the lowest common denominator , the end result a platoe and a tabula rasa of apathy where all are made the same. and in a inclination to decline anti-life and the system of fate and death

who is more likely to work with pride a person who’s pride is represented in work his proportionally to his labor or a man who slaves away for the leaches who become more dependent day by day to his life’s blood.

this is typically applied to a class struggle among the the proletariat and bourgeois 

the working class and there providers , in this case it is not the ruling party that is being taken advantage of or the whole of the workers but a select few who are being taken advantage of by all parties, what i propose hear is a strike and passive resistance against the whole until you the ruling parties take us seriously as we the oaks are carrying the load of the all , i propose a question to you ,what should happen if these individuals should stop providing , what should happen if Atlas should shrug ?

 

when your workers ask for representation , or threaten to quit there job, you say “if you don’t like your job find a new one… ask your workers how many of them like there job, and now your self , is this exploitation…

if people feel they are being exploited, “endlessly” they will start not to care 

because no matter what they do nothing changes.

 

and so this is my statement to you , i have taken this world on my shoulders as have a few with me but i will lead the way , i initiate a strike !

 

my requests are simple for my return, and thoughs who find reason in my ways…as in life a person is defined by what they do, should not that same person socio-ecconomicaly be held to that same principal , that they should be paid for there labor, not by a clock those who work the hardest should receive the highest pay.

 

if this were the case the pot shack would not be left to two people until 10’oclock at night while everyone else runs away and finds there way home you would have a plethora of workers maintaining as roles in the dining hall because of equal representation in the output of the job people would take pride in there work because there would be represented for it, there would be a sense of justice , and people would not felt taken avantage of when the same 2 or 3 people are let until 10’oclock  each. night these oaks are holding you up not the other way around . 

 

if you feel the government would not listen to your pleas to allocation of money , question to your self, what they currently represent , for now this country  is govered by laze’ fair capitalism, this type of system is what this country was originally founded on, ( with this one claus, that this prosses remain volentary and no new head is formed inits place, as this system is based on liberty and must be purely libertarian ! ).

 

to address the enimy of this “ the union” unions are based on collectiveist ecconomics, allocating pay to a whole regardless of the output of the individual , this system is soposed to look out for the disenfranchised worker, it is a passive lie, the unions must be desolved. if you want individual rights preserved, or productivity in you dinning hall. moral will not be achieved when a person is constantly yelled at for doing there best , while being treated as the worst , or worse as though it matters for nothing weather he has done nothing at all as all of us will testify we have seen.

 

i leave you with one thought the greatest minority is the indiividaul a team will only perform as such when such individual needs are met . that is when he feels what he has controll over matters. his own work ethic and out put as and employee.

 

 

A man is defined by what he does, should not his keep in life be governed by this same ethic ?

 

I have some minor remaining requests, 

 

A . that employees should have the availability to receive medical care on the job if injured without fearing termination from a drug test , with the exception of being intoxicated on the job

 

B. equipment in the dining hall should function at all times ! if this requires service it should be done as it is unfair and dangerous, for employees to constantly work around or jerryrig equipment just to get the job done, not to mention life threatening injury or working 5 times as hard just to gett he job done, this shuld be done timely and we should not be left with out vital machienes for months at a time.

 

C. by illiminating the union , i would like to institute a possible fund to care for employees who cannot care for themselves , however this is not mandatory and or by force and should be done, by free will , from this point forward i will donate what ever i have payed for the union out of my own paycheck to lead the way, assuming i have a job…

 

D. as a final request i would like to ask that employees be allowed to eat food after meals that would eventualy be thown into the trash , and the right to E4 beverages previously retianed , it is shameful that the amount of food we have is thown into the trash, and no one can use it, it is my belief these changes in the dining hall statue and morale would eliminated the inclination of theft currently occuring, 

 

E. finally to you Johnathan my ruler and advisarry i supply these words to you as a honored guest, as and oppertunity for change, you have asked us my employees and my self if there are any things that could be changed in the dinning hall that could make things run smoother , firstly as personal advice you have created a hostile work enviernment to the very people this job is sopposedly geared for the disabled and at that meantaly disabled, your constant yelling and blaming of others for your own inadequacies , is jarring to say the least it is unprofessional and personaly makes me mad , nor has it built up a eveirnment of respect for your self, remember respect is earned not given , in my eyes because of these, definciencies you have not , it you wish for it . institute change and that for the better, if you earn it from me i will serve you, if not your oaks will be cut down by your own law, and your world will come crashing down..

 

YOU ARE RUNNING A SYSTEM IN DECLINE…
