There is a nesasary evil in the cause and effect of and action a new good to establish boundary. It is a respect of the right and the volition of another and the right of possession in their self identity and worth it should be measured by virtue.

 

A question should be raised about the validity of the cosmopolitan and the nature of the global community, how do we establish international law and trade while still preserving culture, were we do not respect the rights of another we violate all basis for such a proposition in total it is the golden rule that begot theistic atheism and the foundation of virtue ethics. 

 

If we proceed in global affairs and do not honor these ethos all will result in three ways nihilism tyranny and total control. 

 

We need in every way not only to establish a global community but respect its constituent members by not violating or invading its borders, we as much in this world need legal exchange and immigration as much as we will foster peace without genicide trade without monopoly and immigration without invasion.

 

In Human relationships there are boundaries in cellular beings there are boundaries in global politics there are boundaries, they are the lines that delineate health and respect.
