In my surmise China has engaged in neoliberalism only as a negotiating instrument with the
host of the west to insert economic agendas, that is “the green” “ai” excetra... as a closed
market Maoist of fully communist state may only engage in conquest of country or resources in
the modern world the only avenue of true conquest comes as subtlety or manipulation of the
course of economy . In the end in my surmise the modern neoliberal trend is a front for
infiltration and not a certain and true neoliberalism, rather it is a virus just as Covid preparing for
our collapse. True neoliberalism is the essence of what I have typified as “tightrope economics”
the intelligent use of cultivation of capital to create laze fair virtue ethics, the great chasm of the
Cold War that left the world divided between capitalism and communism with two world powers
at war and the rest of the world as third world nations. As I have said Capitalism provides the
perfect framework for a free global market. What we do with this freedom is of my concern, how
we cultivate socioeconomic virtue ethics.—this has yet to be addressed. We have asserted the
freedom of man economicly, but not his responsibility. it has been a radical freedom, that did not
account for the repercussions of its actions.
it is from the development of virtue ethics that we proscribe the nature of economy. namely
individuality and individual rights that protect the laws of private industry and economic justice—
the individual work ethic of reciprocity and the interplay of capital as represented by a unit of a
persons productivity.
that ca[pitalism has failed not because of the primacy of the individual but because the parts of
the whole were not recognized, rather one cannot have one without the other and the other
justifies the world. rather the collective has suceeded not by supiriority of argument but by an
impetus of mind to do something about it. we did not know how to cultivate civilization
ontologicaly via systems theory, it is a failed neo-libralism thart will overtake the world.
it has been a lack of systematic creative intelligence on the right that has
allowed a mindless mob to overtake the world.
capitalism lay as a mindless intellect a radical freedom that did not think of
the implications of its actions and so a headless beast and leviathan took it

that it had been the economic template of human agency yet the lack of its
cultivation and ethics have allowed over a third of the world to rot, and and
so it rose up and overtook it a vengeful phantom that had been prophesied

As I have insinuated I am somewhat of a pantheist that I see life in all systems of
existence, and that we too are a part of this web even as a somewhat of a different
standard of responsibility to the nitch we inhabit. We are the highest rung on a ladder of
progression that has been progressing and evolving for some time we may not be of this
world but perhaps better to be seen as stewards of it. This cannot be doubted.
What I will be discussing here will be a certain delving into the subject of what is called
tektology and translates from the Greek as the science of structures of which I find
inherent to systems theory it is a theory of the fundamental organization of nature and
the subject matter of cybernetics from which the direction of this ideal took its direction in
the subject of artificial intelligence but it’s ideal roots to biology and systems of nature.
The economic systems of man are no different yet as sickened and impacted as the
condition of our planet and the aspirations of our economic endeavors have taken them.
I will not seriously delve much into that here but to say say our ethics are debotched and
this has stemmed from our metaphysics of the nihilistic tendency that has taken root in
that we have not endeavored them.

ontology of which I have discovered by no other means but introspection and human
creativity. A thing no other scientist or philosopher of our day can claim I have discovered

and systems theory as they relate to economy and human civilization. through it
has other applications that as far as I am concerned relate to the subjects of all
consciousness and life. since the world has yet to show concern for what I have

and human civilization.

Tightrope economics is based on the premise that though we live as participants of
individuals in a collective living system that the right of the individual is and lies in
primacy or the system will collapse as even as a system is holonic it is the head of a
system that governs its parts and so too as within that system it’s parts govern
perpetually smaller systems and so too upward.. and so the sum ruler is and must be the
individual and thinking man within this matrix of parts. It is a new and different if not
anathemic view of the sartian medeating third. That protects individual rights even as
functioning as a global community... it in short is a new form of market globalism that
addresses and neutralizes differences between the agonistic systems of capitalism and
communism.. through the recognition of freedom married to the accountability we find in
the world. And an attempt to make a better one to live in. Its name takes its heritage from
the opening pages of thus spoke Zarathustra in the parable of the tightrope dancer. And
a representative of a middle way to unite east and west. It is a solution to the polarity of
the modern world we live in today.
as has history has thought the east and west have been thought of as
unreconcilable opposites such as oil and water...yet the merger of east and
western policy may be thought of as the unison of opposites and the
bareing flux of the peace of a new era, this much has not been thought of to
